Wind 6m/s N, 3 deg C, sunny
An overnight frost and northerly wind meant few, if any, new birds to the island. After increasing the wind dropped through the day and turned to a southerly direction but blue skies meant the nets still shone. It was hoped that rain across the fjord and on the mainland would push some birds onto the island but this was not to be. Nets opened 05.00-19.30hrs. Ringing: Wren 1, Song Thrush 1, Robin 1, Linnet 1. Total: 4
