​Av interessante observasjoner kan nevnes: nattravn 1
Dagens ringmerking: nattravn 1, møller 3, hagesanger 1, løvsanger 1, gråfluesnapper 1 og svarthvit fluesnapper 1. 

It was very windy this morning, and a few raindrops forced us to close the mistnets early. We removed far more leaves from the nets than birds. We still managed to catch 8 birds, which is more than we caught on our very first day.

We took advantage of the rain to snuggle up in pyjamas under the covers and watch a great birdwatching movie, The Big Year (2011), while munching on Bamse Mums as always with a cup of tea. 

Halvard and Silje joined us in the afternoon, as two little migratory birds they landed on the island before the storm.
