Usual suspect

()Today started like the previous days: wind from the North, little activity in the nets, a few redpolls (brunnsisik) around, and a really beautifull male siskin (grønnsisik) got caught. I heard a couple of bramblings but unfortunately for Violaine(and for me), they didn't get caught.
A trip to spanishletta ( I have no idea how to write that !) didn't bring much more than a couple of chiffchaffs (gransangers) and the usual band of common gulls and greylag geese.

The wind dropped again in the afternoon and we continued our rounds, until a good surprise waited for us in the net! We got the first sparrowhawk of the season (spurveauk). Violaine took that picture that made us laugh: she is looking very surprised!

Birds ringed today: rødstrupe 1, brunnsisik 4, gransanger 2, grønnsisik 2, måltrost 1, fuglekonge 1 , sparrowhawk 1. Total : 12
