Sunny day with some wind but less strong than the previous days
Total ringed birds: 65
-Dagens ringmerking: flaggspett 1, rødstrupe 7, rødstjert 3, gulsanger 2, møller 1, hagesanger 1, munk 14, løvsanger 7, fuglekonge 20, gråfluesnapper 1, bjørkefink 2, grønnsisik 3 og gråsisik 3. 
-8 retraps. 16 species in total.

Best day for us so far ! Many birds in the nets early morning with a good number of goldcrests and blackcaps. The catches decline quickly but we had a nice diversity of species with a mix of long distance migrators (lesser white-throat, icterine and willow warbler, redstart...) and short migrating birds like the goldcrests and finches. We now reach 544 birds ringed for the automn season.

One osprey over the cabin around noon. Halvard spotted knots on Store Faerder and we saw 8 dunlins on the others islands on the way back to the harbour.
